Digital Goods and Final Sales
At Soulwall.art, we provide digital art files for immediate download. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Why we do not offer refunds
Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Once you have gained access to the download link or the files have been delivered to your email, the product is considered "used" and remains in your possession indefinitely. To protect the integrity of our digital work and prevent unauthorized distribution, we cannot issue refunds after the download access has been granted.
Exceptions and Technical Issues
Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind," we are committed to resolving any legitimate issues, such as:
- Corrupted files that cannot be opened.
- Incorrect files delivered (not matching your order).
- Major technical discrepancies in the digital asset.
