Terms of Service & Digital Art Policy
Welcome to Soulwall.art. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our digital products and services.
1. Nature of Products
All products sold on Soulwall.art are digital assets.
- No physical items (frames, canvases, or prints) will be shipped to your address.
- Products are delivered as high-resolution digital files available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.
2. Limited Personal Use License
Every purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for Personal Use Only.
- You May: Print the artwork for your home, office, or as a one-time gift; use the images as digital wallpapers on your personal devices.
- You May NOT: Resell, share, or redistribute the digital files in any format; upload the files to "Print on Demand" sites (such as Redbubble, Zazzle, etc.); use the artwork for any commercial purposes, branding, or advertising without a separate commercial license.
3. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and digital files are the intellectual property of Soulwall.art. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or claim of ownership is a violation of copyright law and will be subject to legal action.
4. Delivery and Access
Upon purchase, an automated email containing a download link will be sent to the address provided.
- It is the customer's responsibility to download and save the files securely.
- Soulwall.art is not responsible for files lost due to technical issues on the customer's end (e.g., deleted emails, device failure).
5. Custom Resize Service
We offer an optional Resize Service for a flat fee.
- Turnaround Time: Requests are processed manually and may take up to 48 hours.
- Delivery: The customized file will be sent via a secure download link (e.g., Google Drive) to your registered email address.
- Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct dimensions in the "Order Notes" section.
6. Disclaimers and Quality
- Color Variation: Actual print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor calibrations and printer settings.
- Print Quality: Final results depend on the paper quality and the printing service used. We recommend professional printing for the best results.
- Software: Customers must ensure they have the appropriate software and technical knowledge to open and print the provided file formats (JPEG/PNG/PDF).
7. Refund Policy
As stated in our dedicated Refund Policy, all digital sales are final. Once a download link has been generated, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.
