Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy
1. No Physical Shipping
Soulwall.art specializes exclusively in digital art assets. No physical products (such as frames, canvases, or paper prints) will be shipped to your physical address. There are no shipping fees or handling costs involved in your purchase.
2. Immediate Digital Delivery
For all standard art collections:
- Access: Your digital files will be available for download immediately on the "Thank You" page after your payment is confirmed.
- Email Confirmation: A download link will also be sent automatically to the email address you provided during checkout.
- Timeline: Delivery is instant (24/7). If you do not see the email within 5 minutes, please check your Spam/Junk or Promotions folder.
3. Custom Resize Service Delivery
If you have purchased our Resize Service:
- Processing: This is a manual service performed by our team.
- Timeline: Please allow up to 48 hours for the resized files to be prepared.
- Delivery Method: Once ready, a secure download link (via Google Drive or a similar secure platform) will be sent directly to your email.
4. Downloading and Storage
- We recommend downloading your files to a computer rather than a mobile device to ensure full resolution and quality.
- It is the customer's responsibility to save and back up the downloaded files. Soulwall.art does not guarantee lifetime storage of your specific order links.
5. Troubleshooting
